What drives us
Sync Dynamics was founded in response to a clear gap in the market: the software available to pharmacies and clinics was not designed around their real needs. It was fragmented, outdated and often disconnected from the demands of modern healthcare. We believed the businesses delivering care deserved better, technology with clarity, precision and purpose. So we began building. First for one pharmacy. Then for twenty. Now for an industry.

Over a decade of software engineering and technical leadership across American Express, JP Morgan and Royal Caribbean. Saqib brings the architectural discipline of enterprise finance and the user obsession of consumer technology to every platform Sync Dynamics ships. He leads the engineering team and sets the technical standards that keep our software safe, fast and maintainable at scale.

Co-Founder, Director & Digital Health Pharmacist

A pharmacist with over a decade in eCommerce, online pharmacy operations and healthcare consulting. Jamaal has owned and managed online pharmacies, giving him direct insight into the commercial pressures, compliance demands and patient expectations that shape every product decision at Sync Dynamics. He leads strategy, client relationships and market entry consulting.
